What a shop drawing package includes
A view of every piece with dimensions and piece mark, weld type and size, bolt specification, and the bill of materials (BOM) for procurement. Erection drawings add each piece's location in the structure and the lift sequence.
Review & approval cycle
We issue the package for the engineer of record's review (submittal), incorporate comments or RFIs, and reissue with numbered revision control through final approval — without losing traceability between versions.
Delivery formats
We deliver PDF for review and field use, and DWG/DXF when the fabricator needs editable files for their own workflow.
Turnaround
Turnaround depends on scope and connection complexity; for most commercial and industrial projects we issue the first package for review within 1–3 weeks.
